Lois Vallely of leading financial publication Money Marketing has created a podcast mini-series focused on financial wellbeing in collaboration with the IFW, for which she’s interviewed three keynote speakers from the IFW âInvest in Wellbeingâ Conference 2022.
In each episode, Lois asks her interviewees to define what financial wellbeing means to them.
The first of episode is with Alison Gray, a financial coach and co-founder of Wellthy. In the 12-minute episode she talks about the importance of education in helping people to understand and improve their financial wellbeing, and touches on the value of resilience, particularly as the cost of living increases.
Alison also touches on how we can open up conversations about wellbeing in general. Her discussion with Lois on how workplace wellbeing can bridge the gap between financial wellbeing, advice and education is really interesting, as are Alison’s insights into the challenges of helping people reflect on what makes them happy.
